Since we planned to leave on Saturday we also decided that we would do two longer driving days to start off our adventure. We did this so we could capitalize on the excitement of being in an RV but also so we could get as far south and east as quickly as possible. So, we decided to make our first stop in Eugene, Oregon. We originally were going to park our RV in front of Brad's friend's house but Brad sent him a message and he was going to be out of town. Instead we ended up parking our RV in front of his cousin's house. We spent the night there (more pictures coming) and on our way out of town Brad wanted a picture in front of Hayward Field.
I went across the street to capture this picture.
It was a long day of driving but we were happy we made some progress.
