Headstand

When we were at Abi's birthday party Darby practiced a lot of headstands. Fafa would count how long she could hold it and she would be able to hold it longer and longer. 

I think she was well over 2 minutes at her longest.

Park Play

I forced the kids to go to the park while we were waiting for Abi's birthday party to start. 

They had a lot of fun on this playground equipment. 

There are actually a LOT of videos but most are just of them standing there waiting for something to happen.

Here it is again! With all the trim painted white. 

We love it! 

 It makes us smile when we turn onto our street. 

Flashback

Baskets & Star Gazing

I was able to get some pictures from Brad's phone.  

These are some gems from our weekend at the Ranger Station.

Mark took Brad and the boys up to the helicopter pad at night to see the stars.  I think it might be a new tradition since the boys didn't stop talking about it. 

Husky Game

Brad took Colt to the Husky game when they played Hawaii. 

They both had an awesome time and it was even better because they won.

Before the yellow house....

Our house has been long overdue for a new paint job. As in, about 5 years over due. 

Brad has been getting quotes but then we never followed through with actually getting it done.   

My dad recommended a guy and he came to give us a quote.   We were happy with it and decided to go for it.  Also, in this process Brad did some research on pinterest.  He typed in "Best Yellow Paint Color for a house exterior."   

And he went with it.  

So here is a small glimpse of some yellow and a little bit of the before.

Trains & Snacks

We went to Brad's cross country meet at Marymoor park. We actually didn't stay for the race but it was fun to play at the park for a little bit and to be outside. 

Bo & Jonah wanted to have their snacks on top of the train. 

 

Blowing bubbles?

 I'm not sure what she is doing here but I do know she was able to get my phone and take some pictures.   I think she might be trying to blow a bubble with some gum. 

Running in the Rain

It started raining the other day and Ollie insisted on going outside. He also wanted me to get a video of him. 

Dragon Park

We had a sunny day in our forecast and I knew it would be turning to colder weather and rain. So, I decided to take Bo & Jonah to Luther Burbank Park. We also asked Finn to come along. They played at the playground for a little bit then we walked down to the beach. This is when we discovered it was closed.  

Such a bummer!  

So we decided to head over to another park nearby called the Dragon Park. 

Even though we didn't get to play at the beach I was thankful we were outside.
