The KCLS reading program had Wild Waves tickets if kids read 500 minutes. The boys did a great job at the beginning of the summer so we were able to get them.
I also talked my dad into going with us and thankfully we found a time Zephyr could come too. So that meant Uncle Jason and Sean were there. We had the perfect child to adult ratio.
The older kids went with Sean & Jason and Papa Bob went with me, Darby & Bo.
We hit up the water slides first.
Around 2:00 we went back to the car to grab some lunch.
After lunch we went to check out the rides.
Darby & Bo were too small for a lot of them but they still enjoyed some.
The older boys loved the roller coasters.
Getting on some classic Enchanted Village rides. I'm sure I have a picture of me on these rides.
Sean, Colt & Zephyr.
The great thing about having Zephyr is he is fearless. Then he convinces my boys to try it out too.
They were all nervous about this ride but ended up loving it.
We ended our day around 5:00 then went back to Papa Bob's house. It was a fun day for the kids and a tiring day for us adults. Adulting is hard!
