Fairy Land

The kids made a Fairy Land at our campsite. It was so fun watching them create all the rooms and places for Fairy Land.

Happy 11th Birthday!

We had fun celebrating Colt's 11th birthday. We are thankful Fafa, Grammy, Papa Bob, Grandma Shari, Uncle Brian, Aunt Angie, Abi, Andrew, Karl, Annika & Ryker were able to join us.

That camping life

Camping is the best life! 

Roasting our breakfast.  Little smokies and biscuits using the skewers.  It was so fun!

On our way

The biggest reason Karl, Annika & Ryker came out here was to help celebrate Colt's birthday and join us for our camping trip. 

We had so much stuff we ended up taking 3 cars.  Our mini van, Karl's rental car and Brad's jeep. 

These 3 got to ride in the jeep on the way to the campground. 

We made it! 

Triple XXX

At the top of Ryker's list for things he wanted to do while visiting was to eat at Triple XXX. 

After our 2nd day at Luther Burbank Park we stopped by for milkshakes and hamburgers. 

 

Tie-Dye

Darby and Annika were asking to make some tie-dye shirts. 

I figured it would be a great activity for all the kids. 

And it was. 

But it was also crazy!

Thankfully the kids don't see all that goes into managing it and cleaning it up. 

Instead, they LOVE the way they turned out and so do I!
