The Capitol

I learned a few weeks ago that most of the museums in DC are closed.  It was a bit of a bummer but thankfully we could still walk around and see lots of things.

We started by the Capitol Building.

We saw this statue near the Capitol so we took a picture.   It is Robert Taft Memorial and honestly we didn't know who he was.  He is the son of President William Howard Taft.
