Lincoln

My favorite memorial is the Lincoln Memorial.   There is something about Lincoln and his history that has always fascinated me so maybe that has something to do with it.  Plus, I memorized half of the Gettysburg Address in 5th grade.   I might just try to memorize it again.

The size of this statue is pretty awesome!

We also had a nice view of the Washington Monument from the Lincoln Memorial.
