Independence Hall

After our Philly lunch we went back to Independence Hall.  Thankfully the rain had settled down a little bit and we were able to get in for a tour within 20 minutes.

The actual tour was pretty short (Bo was happy about that).   I was fascinated by the idea that hundreds of years ago the Declaration of Independence was being drafted in these rooms.   History is so fascinating to me.

This is the only piece of furniture that was actually from the time period.
This is where George Washington sat.

This Ranger was excited to give the kids American History trading cards.
