We went to the wetlands Easter morning. It's located very close to Aunt Jessi's house so we timed it with a trip to her house (since I hadn't seen it yet).
We warned about the snakes, alligators and fire ants but all we saw were alligators....and my goodness we saw lots of them. It was a pretty awesome experience. And I still don't understand how this place hasn't had one incident of an alligator attacking someone. They are so close!
Never turn your back on an alligator...or when you take selfies.
