Woodstock

Our next stop after Kennebunkport was Woodstock, Vermont.   This came highly recommended by Brad's cousin and our new friend Nathan.   It was a great way to see Vermont and we tried our best to imagine the trees with their fall colors because we heard that was the best time to go.

When we are driving we have to watch out for these covered bridges.  This one was in town and we didn't have to drive through it although we think MARV would have been fine.

We stopped in town for lunch at one of the few places that was open.  I think they are just getting ready for their tourist season.

Brad took this picture.

Notice the plaid shirts Darby & Ollie have.   They are from the Vermont flannel company store which as you can imagine is quite a store.  It makes you want to be in your flannel pajamas.
