One of the fun things about this trip is finding restaurants in these small towns. AJ's cafe was about to close when we walked in but they said they could still serve us. The wife got our drinks but then had to leave for an appointment so she apologized in advance if her husband didn't quite get all the details in the orders. He did a great job and the food was delicious.
Of course, after the meal we chatted with him about the town and how we found ourselves here. When you visit these small towns it is quite obvious you are from out of town.
