This is a picture of the whole group. It isn't super clear but at least we got one.
When we got back to our van we had a nice message. Our friend Andy had hiked a mountain near by so he just wanted to make sure we knew we needed to wash it.
The best part about backpacking is the post trip meal. Pizza at a place in Roslyn.
We had to drive through this river both in and out of camp. It doesn't look that deep if you are in a jeep, but in a mini van we weren't quite sure.
Then a prius drove by and had no trouble....that gave Brad the confidence he needed.
Our time out backpacking was so great. It didn't come without some hitches and most importantly lessons learned.

*Better and more efficient packing
*More food
*More Mosquito repellant and cream for the bug bites we did get.
We are looking forward to more backpacking adventures....but we probably won't be back out this summer.
