I posted this on my facebook page and really had a moment when I was wishing I was in Hawaii but thankful for where life has taken us...even if it is a little crazy!
The morning of our 12th anniversary we woke up in our giant family tent
along with our 5 kids and their stinky feet and smelly breath. Would we
rather celebrate on a beach in Hawaii? Yes, probably! But this is
where our crazy, beautiful life has taken us. The ride hasn't always
been easy or perfect but we are better people and our marriage is
stronger for all the ups and downs that have gone with it. (Still can't
believe it's been 12 years!)
