Interlake Homecoming

Last week Brad and I went on a date night.  We went to dinner, grabbed a Starbucks and went to the Interlake High School football game.  I was lucky enough to wear Brad's letterman's jacket.  (something I never got to do at my high school --that is wear a guy's letterman jacket) 

Interlake beat Sammamish 41 - 14.  

It was a fun time with good weather (no rain) and great company.

The boys had a lot of fun at the Tansley's house playing with Lily and Marvin.  Thanks for babysitting! 

Sleeping in Style

The boys had a babysitter over so Brad and I went to check on the boys when we got home.  We thought it was really cute how Colt had fallen asleep, with one leg up as if he was just chillin'. 

You have to love all the stuff he has in bed with him. We are working on that.  :) 

We also looked a little closer and discovered that he had a sticker in his hair.

Mr. Potato and a house

Brody came home with a few more school projects. 

It looks like he connected the dotted lines and then colored this house.

This is a potato. (at least that is what Brody told us) 

All About Me

Brody's theme at preschool this last month was "All About Me."  When I went to his curriculum night I saw his drawing on the wall but he brought it home the other day. 

The thing that looks like an easter egg are his bones. 

I had Brody lay down so I could take a picture.

And of course Colt wanted a picture too.  We also made Colt his own body but I didn't get a picture of it. 



Trying to Laugh

Brad was hanging out with Ollie and got him to laugh pretty hard.  I quickly grabbed the camera so I could get a video of it.  Of course as soon as I did that Ollie just stared at the camera and didn't have any more giggles for us.  It's a funny video of Brad making goofy noises in the hopes of getting something out of Ollie.  Sorry Brad.

This video is cute because you can hear Colt's voice in the background saying the three words he knows best.  Momma, dadda and ollie.

2 years & 6 months

 I had pictures taken for Colt's 2 year picture and Ollie's 6 month picture.  I like the studio but I LOVE having our photographer meet us somewhere.  Colt doesn't like getting his picture taken so I am not even sure what would happen in a studio (at this point).  My sister also had pictures taken of Gunner.

Here are a few of my favorites. 

I wasn't prepared to be in a picture so I have my every day mom outfit on which are my jeans (actually its usually sweats) and a Nike running camp t-shirt (because I get them for free from Brad's cross country camp).  But as Jessie reminded me it's ok because no one is looking at me. 

I love this picture because it definitely highlights their personalities. 

Sleeping Brothers

We had Antoinette and Lily watch the boys the other night.  When we got home we found both boys sleeping together in Brody's bed.  So precious!
