Another picture that I discovered on my phone. I really do try to put my camera up and away but somehow they find it and take random pictures. This is currently my favorite. 

Dance Party = Fight Party?

On these cold dark nights we are always looking for something to do. A dance party is my favorite....until it turns into a fight party. 

Bouldering

Our 2nd date night for January was bouldering at Stone Gardens in Bellevue. Brad and I had a fun time trying to climb the rocks. It definitely gave us a bigger appreciation for those that rock climb regularly. We were tired after an hour. After bouldering we went to Tutta Bellas for dinner. 

The kids had a fun time with Sean.  

 

Fun with Zeke

Our friend Zeke came over for a few hours while his mom went to a few appointments. He is a year younger than Darby so she was still in charge.  

And of course the John Deere Gator was a hit....again. 

Ice Skating

With the cold weather last week we had a patch of ice out in our cul-de-sac. The kids love "skating" on it. We only had a few falls.

Last day at the Beach

Our last full day at the beach was probably the nicest weather day. Although they were all nice. We took full advantage and spent more time playing. 

Sunset Fire 

I tried to get a picture of me and Brad to prove we were there.   It didn't turn out so well. I think Brad has a better one on his phone. 

Brad and I were able to go on our first date night for January date nights.  We went to the restaurant in Seabrook.  We have been to this restaurant a few times and aren't overly impressed but it was great company....and really that's all that matters. 

I took out this puzzle from the house's collection.  Ollie was very worried that we wouldn't finish it before we left, so I worked hard to make sure it happened.

S'mores and Catan

We hunkered down in the cold and had s'mores by the campfire. It was a definite memory maker. 

When we weren't at the beach, Brody & Colt were busy playing Catan with Brad and Fafa. 

Darby, Bo & Ollie played lots of hide and seek and drank hot chocolate.
