Brad saw some pictures on Facebook of the Northern Lights so he woke me up so we could check it out. You really couldn't see that much brightness with our own eyes but once you took a picture you could see all the beautiful colors. We decided to wake the kids up so they could experience it. Colt & Bo decided to go back to sleep. Brody, Darby & Ollie came with us.
We drove to the top of Cougar Mountain hoping we could get a clearer picture and away from the lights.
It was pretty awesome! Although I do wish we would have gone somewhere even further away and also wish that I could watch without being so tired.
Thankful for fun adventures like this.
