Fishing Time

Brad bought a fishing boat and took the boys out to test it out. It is a little bit of a learning curve but Brad is getting the hang of it.  And the kids enjoy fishing.  

 

HS Basketball

While Sayler was here Darby had a few more games to wrap up the June basketball season for the high school. They ended up winning the silver division of the league and walked away with a new tshirt. Darby always loves having Sayler nearby.  

 

 

Visitors

Gunner and Sayler came to visit so my kids were mostly at Papa Bob's for the week. They always have a great time together. Lots of ultimate frisbee, some soccer, hiking, a world cup watch party, a day on the lake and of course some Mario Cart on the Wii. We are always thankful for our time with them.

 

Last day of school

The last day of school was on different days for each of them but I still forced them to take a picture. 

 

Time is flying!  

 

Follow the Leader

The kids went down to the lake and I joined them. On our walk back Bo and Brody played a game of follow the leader. Brody put the towel over his head so he couldn't see and Bo was guiding him home.

 

Fun in the Sun!

I had a few sub jobs lined up towards the end of the school year. One of the days was a Fun in the Sun spirit day.  I am always up for a spirit day so I was able to round up a few things to participate.  

 

8th Grade Graduation

Darby had her 8th grade graduation ceremony. She spent the night at her friend's so they could all get ready together so I didn't even see her until she walked out to the ceremony. 

 

I am biased but she is gorgeous.  

Bo was excused from his classes so he could come watch. After experiencing that he probably wouldn't opt to skip classes next time.
