Cotton Candy Ice Cream

 Sometimes we get ice cream.

MS Track Finals

Ollie had his middle school track finals and qualified to run in the mile and 800 M.

He went out super strong in the mile and was leading the first few laps.  I looked at Brad and said "he looks great and fast."   Brad says "Yes, he looks fast because he is on pace for a 5 minute mile" (which was 47 seconds faster than his best time).    We are proud of him for going out fast because he usually starts slow and works his way up.  He was able to hang on to 2nd place but ran a PR of 5:37.

His hype squad.

In his 800 race he didn't run quite as well as he wanted but he still had a great race.  We love watching him run.

Posing for Awards

As we were watching other students get their awards Brad told Brody to stop and pose for a picture. He agreed and Brad was able to get this picture of him.

We made all the kids go to the awards ceremony.  We thought it was important to support Brody but it was also neat to see all the other kids who received awards.

Serious Baseball

A mom with a fancy camera and the willingness to take pictures sent me these ones of Colt. He looks so serious....and also so cute!

Art Wright Tournament

Colt had a baseball tournament a few weekends ago. They won their first two games but lost the next two. We love watching him play.

2nd Cousin time.

We got to see Ellis & Eva last weekend.   It's fun to have a little kid around.

Fun at the Car Wash

Our mini van has always had a box top on it. We recently took it off since we don't use it as much and this also means that we can take it through the Brown Bear Car Wash. We have a bunch of car wash tickets that we had to sell as a fundraiser so we are able to use those up.

Ollie has never been through a car wash and he wanted to go.  He thought it was so fun and so do I.
