Sounders Sweatshirt

My friend gave us a few hand me down Sounders gear.  This sweatshirt is awesome and the rest of us are jealous it doesn't come in bigger sizes.  Now we will see how many days in a row he will wear it. 

8 is great!

Bo had his 8th birthday last sunday.  

Donuts for breakfast.  Sushi for lunch.  Spaghetti for dinner. 

We also had a birthday party with some of his friends.  Thankfully the rain stopped just in time for them to be outside for most of the time. 

Our baby is 8!   8 is great! 

(and also seems really old for this guy). 

Sunfair

 Brody had a cross country meet in Yakima.  One of the parents takes pictures of the kids running which is a good thing because Brad and I weren't able to be there to watch him race. 

Good morning!

We were on our way to the bus stop when Darby realized she forgot her shoes at our neighbors.  She quickly went over there to get them and the two little girls were so excited to see her.  They ran out to give her a hug.   

I think it's the perfect way to start a morning.   And thankfully we didn't miss the bus. 

Wagon ride

The kids got a ride in the wagon with our neighbors.   I'm not sure how they all fit in there and how it didn't break. 

Picture practice

Darby and Bo had picture day.  I’m not great at picking out what they should wear so I took a few pictures of them and sent it to Brad.  Darby and I had some fun with the no smile pictures.  

Seahawks & Macklemore

Brad and I went to the home opener of the Seahawks.  It was supposed to rain so we brought all our rain gear, which is why it didn't rain.  

There was a concert with Macklemore before the game.  Unfortunately he was on the opposite side of the field so we only got these pictures of him on the big screen. 

Despite a very frustrating loss it was fun to be together and to see a Seahawks game in person.
