Dedication

We had a baby dedication for Ollie & Colt.  (We had one for Brody at our old church but never had one done for Colt.)  We originally had it planned for October 24th but had to reschedule it since the boys were sick.  So it ended up being on the morning of Halloween which added another element to our already busy day.

It was a nice service and a great reminder that these boys are true gifts from God.   As their parents we are trying our best but know that we need lots of prayer and support to raise these boys.  We are thankful for all the family and friends that surround us.

The picture is a little fuzzy but you can see how Colt is being a little shy and Ollie is checking everyone out.

State Cross Country

Brad's high school cross country team qualified for the state meet in Pasco, Washington.  We decided to leave Brody with Grammy and Ollie with Papa Bob & Grandma Shari.  We took Colt along with us for the trip.  I think it is the first time that it has been just us and Colt since he was an infant.

He was a little quiet around the runners and the parents but quickly warmed up to them.  He had a fun time getting all the attention.

Colt & Daddy

I love this picture of Brad.  That's my man!

Brad's teams did fairly well.  His girls placed 4th and his boys placed 8th.

Post Halloween Pictures

We had another Halloween celebration at Angie's house.  This was a few days afterwards and was really just an excuse to take more pictures in cute costumes.   I finally got a picture of all 3 boys together but of course Colt isn't paying attention and Brody has one of his silly faces.

The whole crew:
Andrew, Abi, Colt, Gunnar (our friend),
Brynn (she's the pea...but you can't see her very well),

Family Blizzard Outing

Brad and I were trying to decide on something to do for a family outing.  I wasn't up for going to Krispy Kreme and Brad had coupons for blizzards so we decided to go to Dairy Queen.

The boys both finished their mini blizzards.

It is so cute watching them try to spoon up their ice cream and eat it.

We love our family outings!

My Auntie is Awesome

We get to see sweet little Sayler quite often.  I especially liked this onesie she was wearing.

Tattoo Boy

Grammy bought a package of Seahawks tattoos for the boys.  We took them out the other day and I put one on Brody.  He quickly understood how it worked to put them on.  He decided to put lots of tattoos on himself.  (He even remembered to take the plastic off before putting the wet washcloth on.  I seem to forget that step.)

He was so proud of all his tattoos and would say "I have ten tattoos and Coltie has one."

Colt eventually ended up with 2 tattoos.

Later in the day I was calling the boys to lunch.  When I told Brody it was time for lunch he said "mom, don't call me Brody, call me Tattoo Boy!"

He was so proud to show off his tattoos to everyone.

More sleeping brothers

Brody & Colt are still sleeping in the same bed.  The other day when I went to check on them they were practically laying on top of each other.   I don't know how they do it but it sure is cute!
