Guest Player

Bo was invited to be a guest player for a soccer tournament. He was a little bit outmatched with his size but he held his own and did a great job!

 

Baseball swim

The day after school ended I drove with Colt down to Portland for a baseball tournament. I snapped these pictures of Colt and some of his teammates in the hotel pool.

 

Bus stop

I actually wasn't home the last day of school but thankfully one of my neighbors still wrote the names and grades of all the kids at our bus stop. 

 

Bo and I walked to school a lot at the end of the year and I also subbed a lot so he didn't ride the bus as much but he still got a picture of his last bus stop.  

 

Moving Up

The school had a moving up ceremony which ended with the 5th graders walking through a tunnel and leaving the school. I was lucky enough to be subbing as a PE Teacher so I got to hold one of the arches the kids walked through.

Last Day of School

Another year down....and another year forcing my kids to make their signs and take a picture. Love these kids so much and proud of the hard work they put in during the school year. 

 

Brody's grad party

We celebrated Brody's graduation with a simple and fun party. Even though there was a chance of rain and it had me a little worried the weather ended up being absolutely perfect. Warm but cloudy so it was enjoyable to hang out and play pickleball, cornhole, washoes or just hang out talking to friends and family.

 

5th grade promotion

Bo had a party at Sambica for 5th grade promotion. They had a certificate ceremony at the end so the parents were able to join.  I still can't believe this is my last one at Sunset.
