The Cool Kids

The other morning Colt came downstairs in Brody's leather jacket and some shades.  He added a few more accessories to his look.  Since we don't do a whole lot around here I took a picture to document something a little different from our days. 

Then Ollie & Bo decided they wanted to sport the same look.  

 

Donate!

 This is a picture from a few weeks ago on our date to donate blood.  This was before they poked me with a needle and unsuccessfully retrieved blood.  Maybe next time. 

Coffee & RVS

 

We had our 5th date of January Date Nights.  We stopped for some coffee and chai tea then went to check out some RVS.  

Cracking the case

 We had another at home date night.  We ordered sushi, again, and then tried to solve another Unsolved Case Files.  I love our date nights even though I can't wait until we can have more away from home.  

Soccer Shots

Darby had a scrimmage game last weekend.  It was fun to see her in her soccer uniform and watch her play.   I'm glad there was another parent there taking pictures. 

It's also nice to see them get back to some normal activities. 

 

Family Ski Day

The kids didn't have school last Monday for a teacher service day.  So, I got ski passes for the rest of us.  The conditions turned out to be pretty good which was a relief.  I stayed with Bo and the others went skiing together.    The only bummer about the day was it seemed like everyone else from our school district was there.  The lines were annoyingly long. 

 

Root Beer & Pizza

Colt & Darby love skiing with Brad.   The root beer and pizza after skiing helps a little.
