Walking to School

It was National Walk to School Day a few weeks ago. Ollie woke up determined to go. Since it was a Wednesday I couldn't walk with them. After lots of begging I finally let Colt, Ollie and Darby walk to school by themselves. 

I was actually envious that they walked to school so I decided the next nice morning we had I would walk with them.  

It was a beautiful but cold morning and the kids loved the walk.  I did too!

I'm hoping we can do this more often.

Wish List

Bo likes to go to Target to look at the toys so he can put them on his birthday list. (that will change to his Christmas list). 

 This is hard for me because I don't like Target or shopping.  I can think of so many other things to do with my time. 

1st XC Meet

Brody had his first Cross Country meet of the season last week. It was DUMPING as we were getting ready to watch but 5 minutes before his race started it stopped.  Running in the rain is super fun, but watching in the rain, not so much.
