Potato Clock

Brody got a potato clock for his birthday.  

He took it out the other day during one of his "I'm bored" times.  

Vintage Ice Cream Man

The Vintage Ice Cream man came through the neighborhood.  

What a fun treat!   

Cornhole Tournament

On one of our last days at Lake Limerick we had a cornhole tournament. The adults were paired up with one of the kids. 

Brody was with his friend, Trey.   

Trey and Brody got out their own look for the tournament. 

Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of them two. 

The championship game was between Mr. Jeff and Darby against Brad and Kylie. 

Darby & Mr. Jeff won the tournament. 

Jorts

Do you know what Jorts are?  We didn't either, but now we do.   

Jorts are Jean Shorts and the guys decided they would have a Jorts day while we were out at the Lake.   They took it a few steps further and went to Walmart to buy some tank tops.   They also picked up some tattoos.  

I think they had way too much fun with this. 

Lake Limerick

We had a fabulous time at Lake Limerick!  The kids all play well together and the adults seem to like each other too.   

This is the summer life!

4th of July!

We got back from Moclips and were home for a day before we packed up our stuff to head down to Lake Limerick.  We drove down on the 4th of July so we got all our red, white and blue on.   We also did some hair chalk to add some pizzazz!  

We stopped at Cabela's since we didn't stop there on our way to Moclips.   It was a perfect time to take a few family pictures. 

Beach Family Pictures

Angie took these great pictures of our family at Moclips. It is truly our happy place and we are so thankful we get to go there. 

Also, our wetsuits have been worth every penny.   

(Brody isn't wearing his because it was starting to give him a rash).
