Ollie's 1st Haircut

Ollie has had a little baby mullet for the past few weeks.  We finally pulled out our buzzers and gave him a haircut.

Getting Ready - Showing Ollie what the buzzer sounds like.

Ollie's entertainment.

The finished product!
 No more baby mullet!

Ollie was by far the best at getting his hair buzzed.  Those kids that are third in line are so easy going.

Argh Mateys!

We went to a birthday party for Brody's friend, Colin.  Brody came back with lots of candy and a pirate patch and hat.  The boys were loving it.  Colt was especially cute saying "Argh Matey!"

Continuing the Celebration!

We continued celebrating Brody's birthday by taking a family trip to Red Robin.   The boys had a great time!

I'm not sure what Brody is doing in this picture.

Brody's birthday ice cream

A video of the traditional Red Robin birthday song.

After Red Robin we went to Target where Brody was able to spend his birthday money that he got from Great Grandma Andresen.  He bought a few more Legos to play with.

Celebrating 4!

We used the few party supplies we had to decorate Brody's door.  (Notice the one purple balloon.  I'm thinking I need to hit up the dollar store before August, when we have Colt's birthday)

And actually on Brody's birthday eve we went on a family outing to Krispy Kreme.

Then we had leftovers for Brody's birthday breakfast.

I didn't get any pictures but we had cupcakes at Brody's preschool.

He was so excited to get home and open his presents.
A soccer ball from Buddy (Ed).
 Legos from us and Colt.
Our friends Shelley and Katie dropped off a present for him and he got this race track.

Brody was excited about his birthday doughnut so I tried to get it on video.  He stopped talking about it once the camera was rolling so I had to talk in the video.

Celebrating 4 will be continued....

Spring Fire Station Visit

My sister wanted to take Gunner to the fire station and I thought it would be fun to take our boys there again.  I set up a day and time with Mark (Brad's friend and a track coach at Interlake).  Brody gave Gunner the quick run down of the rules at the firefighter station.  (I love when Brody acts like the one who knows everything)

Checking out the back of the aid car (the same one Colt rode in)

The boys really liked sitting in the driver seat of all the vehicles.

A group shot with Mark.

A family shot (Woo Hoo!)

Clown Car

Our neighbors have this bike trailer.  They also have older girls who like to pull the younger kids around in it.   It's always fun to see how many little kids will fit into the bike trailer.  Of course, the kids think it is so much fun.

Red Light, Green Light

We went to Papa Bob's and were fortunate to have a nice spring day.  The boys played outside most of the time and even started to play Red Light, Green Light.  I was able to get this cute picture of Colt running.
